Initial Consult (60 minutes)

A one-time deep-dive session. We review your Health Information form and any other concerns, assess your situation, and provide clear recommendations. Many clients continue with testing or follow-up care after this visit.

Initial Consult + Testing & Analysis

The most effective way to understand what’s happening in your body is through targeted lab work. My primary focus is on two gold-standard assessments:

BIOMEfx Stool Test (Microbiome Labs) — My preferred and most comprehensive gut microbiome analysis.

Unlike basic stool tests that only list bacteria, BIOMEfx uses advanced whole-genome sequencing to show both who is in your gut and what they are doing. It specifically evaluates:

• Keystone species — the critical “foundation” bacteria (such as Akkermansia, Faecalibacterium, and key Bifidobacterium strains) that have an outsized impact on gut resilience, barrier integrity, and overall microbial balance

• Bile acid metabolism — how well your microbiome processes bile, which influences fat digestion, detoxification, and hormone balance

• Short-chain fatty acid (SCFA) production potential — your gut’s ability to generate butyrate, acetate, and propionate, the vital compounds that fuel colon cells, reduce inflammation, support the gut lining, and influence metabolism and immunity

The report also covers pathogen levels, microbial diversity, vitamin biosynthesis, neuroactive compounds, and other functional pathways. This level of detail allows us to create highly precise, personalized protocols rather than generic recommendations.

SpectraCell Micronutrient Testing — An advanced intracellular blood test that measures how well your body is actually using 31 vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fatty acids, antioxidants, and metabolites.

Unlike standard Western medicine blood tests (which only look at nutrients floating in the bloodstream — the extracellular fluid — and can simply reflect what you ate recently), SpectraCell isolates white blood cells and assesses nutrient status inside the cells themselves. This gives a far more accurate picture of true, long-term functional deficiencies at the cellular level, where nutrients are needed to produce energy, enzymes, hormones, and support overall health.

After your sample is collected (stool kit at home or blood draw at a lab/at home), I analyze the results and we meet again to review findings and build your personalized wellness plan.

Ongoing Health Coaching

Once your plan is in place, follow-up visits are typically monthly at first, then less frequent as you move into maintenance, until you reach your goals.
